Sugar Free Decadent Cocoa Mix with Heavy Cream Powder

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Powdered Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup High- quality, unsweetened natural Cocoa.
- 1 Cup Monk Fruit/ Allulose blend. adjust to taste
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt. This intensifies the chocolate flavor.
- Optional Flavor & Spice Additions:
- * Warm Spice Blend: 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon+ 1/2 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg,+ 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves.
- * Vanilla: 1 teaspoon Vanilla Powder
- * Coffee Note: 1 tablespoon instant Espresso Powder
Instructions
- Combine in a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream powder, Cocoa powder, sweetener, salt, and any spices or dry powders you prefer.
- Make sure it is blended thoroughly and that there is no clumps. I use a sifter which helps a lot.
- Transfer to a jar with an airtight lid . This makes a great homemade gift.
- To make one rich Keto friendly serving:
- 1. Add 1/4 Cup or 4 Tablespoons of the Cocoa mix to your mug
- 2. Pour 8-10 oz. of very hot water over the mix.
- 3. Stir for 30 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved and the mixture is frothy and creamy.
- 4. Enjoy your decadently creamy, sugar free hot cocoa.
