L-Reuteri fermented yogurt is a delicious, creamy breakfast choice that is good for the microbiome as well. If you like, you can easily make more batches to eat throughout the week. *To make additional batches you only will need the following:
2 Tablespoons of already made L-Reuteri yogurt
2 Tablespoons of inulin
1 quart of half and half
Ensure consistency in additional batches by following the original mixing instructions precisely that is listed below .
Ingredients
- ORIGINAL RECIPE
- 10 Tablets Bio Gaia , Crushed
- 2 Tablespoons Inulin
- 1 Quart organic ultra pasteurized Half and Half
Instructions
- Crush the Bio Gaia tablets with mallet or rolling pin
- Add to bowl or large measuring bowl with 2 tablespoons of inulin and 2 tablespoons of half and half
- Mix until smooth.
- Add remaining half and half and mix until well incorporated.
- Pour into ( 3 ) 1 pint mason jars or (2 )quart size mason jars
- Place lid on top loosely and place in instant pot . add water to pot so that the jars will set in the water at 1/4 to 1/2 up the jar.
- place lid on instant pot and set to sous vide setting and temperature at 100 degrees with time set at 36 hours. Press start.
- Once completed , take jars out of the instant pot and dry off. Tighten lids and place in refrigerator until set and cooled.
