    Today, I want to take a moment to honor the profound legacy of John MacArthur, a man whose unwavering commitment to God’s truth has shaped countless lives, including my own. For decades, through his preaching and teaching, John MacArthur faithfully expounded the Scriptures. His teachings guided us into a deeper understanding of God’s Word and His glorious character. He was, and continues to be, an inspiration to so many seeking to live a life devoted to Christ.

    Among the many vital truths John MacArthur passionately taught, the biblical understanding of Heaven stands out as a source of immense comfort, hope, and motivation for believers. His teaching on this glorious reality has offered a steadfast anchor in a turbulent world, reminding us of the eternal joy that awaits those who are in Christ.

    The Hope We Have

    As we contemplate the glorious future promised to believers, let us remember the foundation of that hope. The Bible assures us:

    “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16 ESV)

    This verse beautifully encapsulates the heart of the Gospel – God’s immense love, His sacrifice through Jesus, and the promise of eternal life for all who believe.


    An Invitation to Eternal Life

    If you’ve been reading this and realize you haven’t yet accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, there’s no greater time than now to receive the gift of eternal life that John MacArthur so faithfully proclaimed. The promise of heaven, the forgiveness of sins, and a personal relationship with Yahweh (God) are freely offered through faith in Jesus.

    You can simply pray, confessing your sins to God and asking Jesus to come into your heart and be your Lord. Believe that He died for your sins and rose again. When you do this, you step into an eternal relationship with God, securing your place in the heaven John MacArthur taught about with such clarity and conviction.

This “every second day” approach means this series will take you approximately two weeks to complete, providing a gentle yet consistent path to lymphatic health.

His unwavering presence, infinite wisdom, and boundless compassion are a constant in our lives, providing a foundation of strength and peace. Reflecting on His divine fatherhood reminds us of the immense love that underpins our very existence and the guiding hand that shapes our journey.


    Celebrating Our Earthly Dads

    The Good Lord, in His infinite wisdom, has also blessed us with earthly dads. These men often serve as our first teachers, our protectors, and our steadfast supporters.     I just got done doing this workout and let me tell you it has boosted my energy and changed my mood.

    This is a great exercise if you are a beginner or only have 20 minutes to workout. Not only is this an easy workout if you’re new to exercise, but it’s also nice because it doesn’t take a long time. If you are an advanced exerciser or have more time, you can always make the workout harder or do the exercise for a longer duration.

    Consistency is key! My daily workout routine is all about flexibility and accessibility, thanks to the amazing variety of free content on YouTube. Most days, I aim for 30 minutes or more of Low Impact Cardio, LISS training , HIIT training, light weights, or resistance training. And when time is tight, even a 10-minute session helps me stay on track.

    These muffins are tasty and moist. They are also low in carbs as well as being gluten free but you won’t be able to tell because they are that good.

       

    Keto Vanilla Glaze/ icing

    • 1 Cup confectioners sugar substitute
    • 3-4 tablespoons almond milk, coconut milk or raw whole milk
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1. Combine ingredients and if to thick add more milk until desired consistency.
    2. Frost cool muffins
    3. Store in frig or freeze

    Macros for regular size muffins using coconut cream:

    “How I Start My Day: Coffee, Devotion & Deeper Bible Study”

    My mornings start with a prayer placing the Armor of GOD upon my husband, myself, our friends and our neighbors, then I pour a cup of coffee and read a devotional from the “today in the word” app. This helps me set the tone for my day. Then I go through my emails and possibly check social media. After that, I pour another cup of coffee, then head to the office, where I turn on the TV to YouTube to watch Donna Reidland’s videos for “Bible in a Year.”

    Today in the word is a great devotional app. If you only have a short amount of time to spend before your busy day starts, this is a good place. They start with a devotion, Go Deeper segment, then a prayer and finally the scripture reading.

    Donna does a very good job. She explains certain key points in the Bible which is very helpful for me.

    For me, this daily routine makes me feel closer to our creator and a sense of well being.

    This Weeks Devotion Is Reflecting On Romans 8

Verse 6 beautifully illustrates this: ‘For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.’ This profound truth reveals that true security and a vibrant life flow not from earthly pursuits, but from aligning our thoughts and affections with the Spirit of God’s love. Delve into these powerful words and find the deep-seated peace and genuine life that comes from a mind surrendered to Him.”
