My Rebounding Revelation: Three Weeks to a Stronger Body and a Healthier Lymphatic System
I wanted to share my experience with exercising with a rebounder. Since I have only been using this for three weeks, I can say I have noticed a change. I have discovered that these workouts are not only incredibly effective but also genuinely fun and invigorating.
Some of the things I noticed:
- The Unused Muscles: The muscles in my legs are feeling these workouts. I noticed this after the first time on the rebounder.
- The ” Better” Feeling: I find that I have more energy from bouncing around it is a feeling of weightlessness, the freedom of movement and how it is a refreshing change from tough , serious workouts, that sometimes my be hard on the body and system, depending on what level you are at.
- The Lymphatic System Benefits( and More):One of the most surprising benefits I’ve discovered is the impact on my lymphatic system. The gentle, rhythmic bouncing acts like a pump, helping to get things moving and aid in my body’s natural detox process. It’s not something you feel immediately, but over the past three weeks, I’ve noticed a significant boost in my energy levels and a feeling of being less sluggish overall. It’s a key part of why I feel so much better. there’s a bonus: Many people say rebounding can also help with the appearance of cellulite. While I’m still early in my journey, the combination of increased lymphatic flow, improved circulation, and toning those ‘unused muscles’ in my legs makes perfect sense for smoothing out the skin. It’s an exciting added benefit that keeps me motivated to bounce every day!

I just got done doing this workout and let me tell you it has boosted my energy and changed my mood.
This is a great exercise if you are a beginner or only have 20 minutes to workout. Not only is this an easy workout if you’re new to exercise, but it’s also nice because it doesn’t take a long time. If you are an advanced exerciser or have more time, you can always make the workout harder or do the exercise for a longer duration.

“The word of GOD is truth”
My mornings start with a prayer placing the Armor of GOD upon my husband, myself, our friends and our neighbors, then I pour a cup of coffee and read a devotional from the “today in the word” app. This helps me set the tone for my day. Then I go through my emails and possibly check social media.
Update 8/20/25:
For a long time, my mornings have followed a familiar rhythm of coffee, devotional time, and Bible study. This routine has been a source of comfort and spiritual grounding. However, about a month ago, a chance encounter challenged me to re-examine what I thought I knew about my faith, and my mornings have started to look a little different as a result.
It all started with a lovely couple I met at the grocery store. As we chatted, our conversation turned to faith, and they began to share some thought-provoking ideas. They talked about how religion, our understanding of our savior, and even the very history of our heritage might not be what we’ve been led to believe. They suggested that certain things might have been left out of the Bible as we know it, and their words sparked a sense of curiosity and a deep need to understand more.
Their words stayed with me, and I felt compelled to do my own research. I started with a website they mentioned, Christogenia.org, and began watching videos on YouTube. What I found was both eye-opening and challenging. I was starting to see that some of what they said had merit, and it led me down a rabbit hole of discovery.
After a couple of weeks of diving into this new world, I called the couple back and asked for their guidance. They didn’t tell me what to believe, but instead encouraged me to compare different bibles. They specifically mentioned the Septuagint and the Apocrypha, and suggested getting a concordance to help with the comparisons. So now, my mornings are less about a singular routine and more about a dedicated time of deep study. I’m no longer just reading; I’m comparing texts, cross-referencing ideas, and continuing to watch videos to better understand the history and context of these different translations
This journey is still very much in its early stages, and I don’t have all the answers. But what I do have is a newfound sense of purpose in my spiritual walk. It’s no longer just about a routine; it’s about a quest for deeper truth. My mornings are a testament to this ongoing exploration, and I am excited to see where this path leads.
My routine may have changed, but my ultimate purpose has only grown stronger. This new journey is forging a more profound connection to our creator and giving my spiritual walk a renewed sense of purpose and peace.

Gut health is one of those things that we may not consider on a daily basis because it often stays quiet and works behind the scenes, but when things go wrong, we pay the price.
Several months ago I was scrolling through YouTube and came across a physician talking about Fermented Dairy ( “yogurt”) and how it can heal SIBO ( small intestinal bacteria overgrowth) the physicians name was Dr. William Davis author of ” Super Gut”, I found him very interesting and purchased his book, which is a great book by the way to read if you are experiencing any health issues, even if you are not this is a great way to help your gut stay healthy. Since then I have been making this yogurt and eating almost everyday. This yogurt healed my stomach issues that I had for quite some time. I am very grateful to GOD for guiding me to this healing.

Today I am going to talk about reading labels and to know what you are eating.
I once was that person that saw something that I liked and picked it up at the grocery store, bought it, took it home and prepared it and ate it. Not knowing what I ate just knew it tasted good. I know there are many people out there that do the same thing.
After reading several books and all of them saying the same thing ” Read the labels ” I started to and was surprised. Half of the words I couldn’t pronounce or didn’t even know what they were putting in our foods. The more labels I read the more upset I’ve become. This stuff couldn’t be making me feel good? So I stopped buying foods that had preservatives, additives, artificial coloring, and seed oils. I felt better physically and mentally because I took the step to better health.
I think it is important to point out that we only have one body , which is the temple of the Holy Spirit and to love GOD enough to want to do something good for it. That’s what I did and I’m happy I did. It’s not a hard change to do. Just educate yourself on label reading and look up items in your favorite foods and see what they are. If it’s not a good choice for your body then put it back and find one that is. It takes time to read labels but, After a while you will know what ones have the preservatives and such and it won’t take you so long to shop. Happy shopping!
