Ingredients
- 8-10 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Homemade Mayo
- 2 tbsp Celery
- 2 tbsp Relish
- 2 tbsp Scallions
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp Fresh Parsley
- 2 Dashes of Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Cook eggs in an instant pot for 10 minutes on pressure cook setting or boil in water for 10 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Place eggs in a bath of ice water for 10 minutes.
- Peel eggs and cut in half.
- Place yokes in food processor
