This is easy and oil free. Has a great flavor as well.
This is the Immersion Blender/Food processor that I love. https://amzn.to/4kaWyPM
Ingredients
- 1 Large Egg Separated
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- pinch of salt and pepper ( if you like a little bite add a pinch of cayenne pepper)
- 1 Stick melted butter @ 145 degrees
Instructions
- Here are the step-by-step instructions to making your homemade butter mayo:
- First, you will place the egg yolk in an 8 oz mason jar. Add the vinegar, mustard and salt, and mix with your immersion blender.
- Second, gradually add the melted butter a little at a time. Once the mixture is mixed, add the egg white and blend on high for 10 seconds. Taste your mixture. If you need more salt, add it now and mix again.
- Third, cover the jar with its lid and chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes or until ready to serve.
