Just crushed two awesome workouts from Improved Health today! ðª Started with their new “Walk Off the Weight in 20 minutes” (just dropped an hour ago on YouTube!), and then followed it up with their 15-minute all-standing low-impact cardio from a few weeks back. Both were fantastic and got me sweating! Highly recommend checking out their channel for effective, feel-good workouts.
